Your CSV stays with you.
The checker reads your CSV in this browser tab. File contents, file names, SKUs and issue messages are not uploaded or included in usage counts. Clear the report or close the tab to remove it from the tool’s current view. Downloaded reports remain on your device until you delete them.
Optional usage measurement
Usage measurement is off by default. If you enable it, we send a small set of action names (page view, example completed, own-file check completed, inquiry opened and report downloaded), a fixed page label and a broad source label such as agency or guide. Each event has a random ID to avoid counting a retry twice. There is no persistent visitor ID, cookie, browser storage identifier or cross-page tracking. The choice lasts only for the current page. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
We do not store IP addresses, user agents, full URLs or referrers in the measurement database. The hosting provider necessarily receives routine connection information. Counts reflect consenting activity, not all visitors or unique people. Automated or repeated activity can affect counts. Event records older than 30 days are removed when new accepted traffic reaches the API.
Inquiry form
Only if you explicitly submit the form, we store your email address, selected file source and size range, problem description, preferred timing and a broad source label in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Your selected CSV is never attached. Do not enter customer information, credentials or private CSV rows. We use these details to review the request and respond. The form shows a reference only after the database confirms receipt; this is not a payment or order confirmation.
Inquiry records older than 90 days are removed when new accepted traffic reaches the API. Email correspondence is handled separately through Gmail. Contact whitesir520@gmail.com to request deletion of your inquiry or to ask a privacy question. The website does not offer a public endpoint for reading inquiry records.
Scope and limitations
The beta checks selected structural and formatting issues. It does not validate every Shopify column, image availability, store settings, inventory locations, tax rules, metafields or import behavior. A clean report is not a guarantee. Back up your data and review Shopify’s import preview before making changes.

RowReady is an independent early-stage tool, not affiliated with Shopify. Paid cleanup is a scoped pilot, with final price and delivery agreed individually. No payment is collected on this website.
