Before you import.
Does my CSV leave my device?
No. File parsing and checks run in this browser tab. We do not send your file to a server, AI service or analytics provider. Hosting providers may process routine website request logs.
Will you fix or import my products automatically?
No. This version provides a downloadable issue report. It does not connect to your store or alter product data.
Does “no issues found” mean it is safe to import?
It means only that these limited checks found no issues. Keep a backup and review Shopify’s import preview, especially when replacing existing products or variants.
Can I use an Excel workbook or inventory CSV?
This checker accepts product CSVs only. Export your workbook as comma-separated UTF-8 CSV. Inventory, customer and order files are outside the supported scope.
